3. Today the matter is listed on an Urgency Application (IA No.2 of 2025) filed by learned counsel for the applicants.
4. It is contended in the urgency application that non-bailable warrants have been issued against the applicants by the trial court.

By means of the present C482 application, the applicants have put to challenge the impugned order dated 16.01.2019, passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Roorkee, District Haridwar in Criminal Case No.550 of 2015, State Vs. Minhaz and another under Sections 420 and 468 of IPC and judgment and order dated 07.10.2023, passed by learned Vth Additional Sessions Judge, Haridwar in Criminal Revision No.222 of 2019, Minhaz & another Vs. State of Uttarakhand, whereby the revision petition moved by the applicants was rejected, affirming the order passed by trial court dated 16.01.2019.
6. Vide order dated 16.01.2019 application moved by the public prosecutor for grant of consent to withdraw the prosecution against the applicants was rejected.

At this stage, learned counsel for the applicants limited his argument and his prayer to this effect that if the applicants are provided time to surrender before the trial court, they would surrender and seek proper bail before the trial court and accordingly the C482 application may be disposed-off.

Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicants as well as for the State, the C482 application is disposed- off finally with a direction to the applicants to appear before the trial court within 15 days from today i.e., on or before 01.04.2025. Till then non-bailable warrants issued against the applicants shall be kept in
2 abeyance.
9. For the reasons stated in the Urgency Application, the same is disposed-off accordingly.
10. Let a certified copy of this order be supplied to learned counsel for the parties, today itself, on payment of usual charges, as per Rules.
