Darakishwor, learned Sr. PCCG on behalf of the FCI, Mr. HS. Paonam, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. S. Gunabanta, learned counsel on behalf of the private respondent and Mr. Bheigya, learned junior counsel to A.G. on behalf of the State respondent. [2] This is an application for extension of Bank Guarantee submitted by the private respondent/writ petitioner. [3] During the course of hearing, Mr. HS. Paonam, learned senior counsel for the private respondent/writ petitioner, submits that the Bank Guarantee has been updated for another period of six months and hence, the application can be disposed of as infructuous. [4] Learned counsel for the FCI submits that this Court may pass appropriate order in terms of the submissions of the learned senior counsel for the petitioner. [5] Recording the submissions made at the bar and with the subsequent even of extension of Bank Guarantee for the period of six months, the application is closed as infructuous. [6] In MC(WP(C) No. 559 of 2024: Present Mr. HS. Paonam, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. S. Gunabanta, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. BK. Singh, learned counsel along with Mr. W. Darakishwor, learned Sr. PCCG on behalf of the FCI and Mr. Bheigya, learned junior counsel to learned A.G. on behalf of the State respondent. [7] Mr. HS. Paonam, learned senior counsel for the applicant, submits that with the subsequent development, the applicant is not pressing this application. [8] Accordingly, this application is withdrawn as no pressed. [9] In MC(WP(C) No. 792 of 2024: Present Mr. BK. Singh, learned counsel along with Mr. W. Darakishwor, learned Sr. PCCG on behalf of the FCI, Mr. HS. Paonam, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. S. Gunabanta, learned counsel on behalf of respondent No. 1/writ petitioner and Mr. Bheigya, learned junior counsel to learned A.G. on behalf of the State respondent. [10] It is submitted that the Bank Guarantee is expiring on 22.02.2025. [11] During the course of hearing, Mr. HS. Paonam, learned senior counsel for respondent No. 1/writ petitioner, undertakes to extend the Bank Guarantee for the period of six months as prayed for by the FCI. [12] Recording the undertaking of the learned senior counsel for the petitioner, the application is closed. [13] List the remaining matters on 26.02.2025.
