The Learned High Court Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of Respondents Nos.1 to 3. 2. The petitioner had filed a private complaint under Sections 210 and 223 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as ‘BNSS’) for offences punishable under Sections 32, 44, 239(1), 303(1), 130, 189, 189(c), and 189(d) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhitha, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as ‘BNS’). 3. The Learned Magistrate referred the complaint to the police for investigation under Section 135(3) of BNS 2023 vide order dated 09.10.2024. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that, despite the direction issued by the Learned Magistrate, the police have not taken any steps regarding the complaint raised in the FIR. 5. Therefore, it is expedient to dispose of the petition by directing Respondent No.3 to implement the order dated 09.10.2024, passed by the Senior Civil Judge and JMFC - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:13529 WP No. 9524 of 2025 Mulbagal in PCR No.41/2024, within one week from the date of receipt of this order.
