Roy, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. This application for restoration of MAC Appeal No. 185/2010 has been filed by the appellant/claimant. The said MAC Appeal was dismissed for non- prosecution on 20.06.2017. 3. The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the earlier engaged counsel for the applicant defaulted in appearing before the Court when the matter was called up and the applicant was unaware of this fact. He further submits that there was lapse on the part of the applicant/claimant. 4. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the respondents has not objected to the prayer for restoration of MAC Appeal No. 185/2010. 5. Considering the grounds and the submissions made by the learned counsel for both sides, the prayer for restoring the MAC Appeal No. 185/2010 is allowed and this interlocutory application is disposed of. 6.
