Petitioner, while working as Field Assistant, has been issued show cause notice on certain allegations and after conducting inquiry, final orders were passed removing him from service. Assailing the same, petitioner preferred appeal before the 2 respondent, which is stated to be pending consideration. 2. nd Heard Sri Srinivas Ambati, learned counsel for petitioner, 3. learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I for respondent V No.1 and Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice to direct the 2"^ respondent to dispose of the said appeal. 4. Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that as appeal is stated to be pending, the same will be disposed of in 5. accordance with law. 4 HCGR,J W.P. In view of aforesaid submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing respondent No.2 to consider and dispose of the very appeal, preferred by petitioner on 15.04.2025, after providing due opportunity of hearing to petitioner, by passing appropriate speaking orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such exercise is completed, respondents shall not make any permanent arrangement with respect to the post in question. There shall be no order as to costs.
