Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that police completed investigation in Crime No.277 of 2018 of Bhimadole Police Station, and referred the case as ‘civil in nature’, and filed RC before the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Bhimadole, long ago on 04.01.2021. 3. In that view of the matter, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the Jurisdictional Magistrate for necessary redressal. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
