Sri Ajeet Singh, learned counsel appearing for respondents no. 4, 5 and 6 states on the basis of instructions that a letter dated 24.1.2025 was sent by the respondent no.4, the District Basic Education Officer to the petitioner no.1 which has not been replied by the petitioner no.1. 2. A copy of the instructions sent by the respondent no. 4 to its counsel has been submitted by the learned counsel before the Court, which is taken on record. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioners states that petitioners would submit their reply to the District Basic Education Officer pursuant to the aforesaid letter dated 24.01.2025 by means of a representation which may be decided by the District Basic Education Officer. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the District Basic Education Officer states that after such an application is filed the same will be decided. 5. Under the facts and circumstances, it is left open to the petitioners to file representation, pursuant to the aforesaid letter of the respondent no.4 dated 24.01.2025 along with a certified copy of the order passed today. This may be done within a period of 15 days. 6. On receipt of such application/representation, the respondent no. 4 is directed to pass an order with reasons on the aforesaid representation/application. A decision on such representation may be communicated to the petitioner no later than one month from the date submission of the representation. 7. This petition is accordingly, disposed of.
