By the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner is seeking a limited direction towards the respondent No. 1 to decide the pending appeal (Annexure- P/1) filed by the petitioner on 28/11/2024 before His Excellency, the Governor of the State and the same has been forwarded to respondent No. 1 vide communication dated 24/12/2024 (Annexure-P/2). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite of the fact that the appeal is pending and the same has been forwarded to respondent No.1, still the same has not been decided. 3. Learned counsel for the State on instruction would submit that if the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending, the same shall be decided in accordance with law within a period of 60 days. 4.
