Petitioner, who is working as Head Master (PSHM), Adi Andhra School, Peddakadabur, Kurnool District, has been placed under suspension by proceedings dated 25.09.2024, on account of his involvement in Crime No. 102 of 2024, for the offences punishable under Sections 12 r/w 11(iii), 14(1) of POCSO Act, 2012 r/w Sections 295 and 296 of BNS. Later, petitioner has been issued show cause notice dated 24.09.2024. For which, petitioner 3. 3 HCGRJ W.P.No.15671 of 2025 1 submitted statement of defence on 25.02.2025 and the inquiry is stated to be pending. As the petitioner has been suspended for more than nine months, he has made a representation dated 19.05.2025, seeking review of the same, in terms of G.O.Ms.No.22, General Administration (SER-C) Department, dated 29.02.2024, and the same is stated to be pending. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been placed under suspension for more than nine months, though his case is required to be reviewed in terms of G.O.Ms.No.22, General Administration (SER-C) Department, dated 29.02.2024, the respondents have not undertaken such exercise so far. 5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents, on the other hand, submits that case of petitioner would be considered and reviewed in accordance with aforesaid G.O. 6.
