Heard Mr. Karan Anand, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr. G.S. Sandhu, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr. Deepak Bhardwaj, learned Brief Holder for respondent nos.1 and 2. 3. Mr. Karan Anand, Advocate, has requested to permit the petitioner to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition with better particulars. 4. The said submission has not been opposed by the respondents. 5.
