JUSTICE KARDAK ETE ORDER Date : 09-04-2026 Heard Mr. K. Lollen, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. N. Norbu, learned counsel for the respondent No. 1. It is brought on record that, by a communication dated 06.03.2026 addressed to the Deputy Commissioner, Itanagar, Capital Complex, the Director of Land Management, Government of Arunachal Pradesh, conveyed the approval of the Government for cancellation of the land allotment granted to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Head Office, issued vide order dated 27.01.2018, measuring approximately 2500 sq. m., and to the Wado Kai Do-Karate Association, issued vide order dated 10.12.2018, measuring 600 sq.m., both situated at D-Sector, Itanagar, in compliance with the judgment and order dated 04.12.2024 passed in WP(C) No. 229/2018. In view of the above, this Court is satisfied that the directions contained in the aforesaid judgment and order have been duly complied with. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
