No.01 of 2016 was not being furnished. 2. It is the case of respondents that on the basis of certain complaints, it came to light that the Senior Civil Judge in question had pronounced a number of judgments and decrees including the one in A.S. No.01 of 2016 without appending her signatures. Report was called for. Judgment in A.S. No.01 of 2016 had been signed, but decree was not signed. Regular departmental enquiry was conducted against the officer in question, who was ultimately removed from service. 2 wp_28156_2025 3. Records in this matter had been seized. It is submitted by learned counsel for respondents that records including case file of A.S. No.01 of 2016 have now been ordered to be released and that necessary action in terms of Order XX Rule 8 CPC has now been directed. 4. Learned counsel for respondents submits that certified copies of judgment and decree shall be released within next two weeks. Therefore, present writ petition is rendered infructuous. 5. Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
