On the strength of the instructions, he submits that the revision of the petitioners was dismissed for want of prosecution on 09.04.2023, but now, 01.04.2025 is the next date fixed in the revision. He further submits that there is every likelihood that the matter will be decided on the date fixed. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the said fact. In view of the above, no cause of action survives. The writ petition is disposed of. It is expected that the matter will be decided on the date fixed in accordance with law.
