It is submitted that the opposite party, Ms. Mouchumi Barua, is presently the Secretary to the Government of Assam, Environment and Forest Department and Page No.# 2/2 her involvement is necessary for due compliance with the directions contained in the order dated 03.10.2023 passed in WP(C) No.6327/2022. The impleadment in the Contempt Petition No. 7/2024 is necessary as it was filed for non-compliance with the directions contained in the order dated 03.10.2023 passed in WP(C) No.6327/2022. Since no objections have been received from the respondents, the opposite party, Smt. Mouchumi Barua is arrayed as respondent no. 3.
