Petitioner has been working as Village Agriculture Assistant Grade-ll at Gabbada Sachivalayam, Narsipatnam Mandal. In view of rationalization and categorization of functionaries and secretariats in terms of G.O.Ms.No.5 dated 12.06.2025, the post at where petitioner is working has been rationalized as Horticulture Assistant, therefore, petitioner had to be relocated to a different station where the post of Village Agriculture Assistant Grade-ll is provided for. Petitioner has made representation dated 14.06.2025 requesting respondent Nos.4 & 6 to consider her case for posting to nearby villages, which is stated to be pending. 4 HCGR,J W.P.No. 15416 of 2025 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice to direct respondent Nos.4 & 6 to consider the aforesaid and pass appropriate orders. representation 5.
