JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 3 10-03-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 340 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 329(3), 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109(1), 308(3), 352, 351(3), 3(5) of the B.N.S. 3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and others are said to have assaulted the victim causing injuries. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. It is next submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73750 of 2025(3) dt.10-03-2026 2/2 by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 10.12.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 77099/2025. Petitioner has one criminal antecedent. 5. Learned counsel for the informant as well as learned A.P.P. for the State have jointly opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed. 7. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Gaya/ concerned Court below in connection with Rampur P.S.
