Apprehending their arrest, the petitioners, namely, (1) Salehuddin Ahmed, son of Alauddin Ahmed, resident of Village & P.O.- Mandakata, District-Kamrup, Assam (2) Alauddin Ahmed, Care of Atowar Rahman, resident of Village & P.O.- Mandakata, P.S. Baihata Chariali, District Kamrup, Assam, (3) Anowar Hussain, son of Atowar Rahman, Village & P.O.- Mandakata, P.S. Baihata Chariali, District Kamrup, Assam, (4) Akram Hussain, Care of Atowar Rahman, resident of Village & P.O.- Mandakata, P.S. Baihata Chariali, District Kamrup (R), Assam and (5) Razib Ali, Care of Safikar Rahman, resident of village & P.O.-Mandakata, P.S. Baihata Chariali, District- Kamrup (R), Assam have filed this pre-arrest bail application on 12.12.2024 for their pre-arrest bail under Section 482 BNSS, 2023. 3. The Court by order dated 17.12.2024, directed that no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners, named above, which is in force till date. 4. On instruction, Mr. B. Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam submitted Page No.# 3/3 that no police case has been registered against the petitioners, named above in Baihata Chariali Police Station. 5. In view of the above, this pre-arrest bail application being infructuous stands closed. 7. The interim protection granted to the petitioners earlier on 17.12.2024 is hereby stands vacated/recalled.
