The case of the prosecution, in a nutshell, js that on ll.06.2025 at about 12:14 hours, at the Tobacco Board, podl'lj Town, the accused and others formed an unlawful assembly, pushed the complaI-nant, and crimjnaI[y trespassed I'ntO the Tobacco Board preml-ses w]'thout permissI[On. They obstructed the legitimate dutI'eS Of the polI|Ce Personnel using flagsticks and stones while shoutl'ng slogans such as, {fyentira Meeru Mammulanu Aapedi ldi Government palana Kadu, Idj Jagan Anna Rajyam" and they further threatened the complajnant and the securI-ty guards. When a police constable attempted to stop them, some of the accused beat hI-m On the hand with a stick, caused bleeding injuries to hl's knee, attempted to kjl[ hI'm by Pressing him between the gate and the wall, and also damaged the tobacco bales. 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. perused the record. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have not committed any offence and they were falsely implicated in this case. The petitioners would abide by any condition to be imposed by this court- 5. Perconfra, Ms. P. Akila Naidu, the learned Assistant public Prosecutor, opposed in grant[-ng of bail stating that the pe{itI-OnerS have I-ndulged `jn the offence highhandedly, there is prI|ma-facie case I-S made out against the petI|{iOnerS; SOme more material witnesses have to be examined; I-nVeStigatI-On is not completed,I if the petitioners are enlarged on bail, they would not be _- I -_-£_ available for the investigation and they would escape from the clutches of law; and urged to dismiss the bail petition. 6.
