The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is arraigned as an accused in Crime No. 114 of 2025 on the file of II Town Police Station, Rajahmundry, for the alleged offences under Sections 318(4), 351(2) read with Section 3(5) of the BNS Act, 2023. The dispute between the petitioner and the 2""* respondent pertains to sale of a property, and in that regard, correspondences were exchanged. O.S.No.290 of 2024 was filed for the 2""* respondent on behalf of her son for recovery of money. It is submitted that a legal notice dated 12.11.2024 was addressed to the petitioner and his brother, on the instructions of the 2"*^ respondent, referring to a guarantee document allegedly executed at P.Gannavaram Police Station in the presence of the Inspector on 12.07.2023. it is further submitted that the petitioner had filed W.P.No.881 of 2025, and this Court on 10.01.2025, directed the police not to interfere in civil disputesand to follow due process of law. It is submitted that the police have registered a criminal complaint and are interfering in the civil dispute.
