Gauri Shankar Sharma v. Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation Limited. CMP No. 29021 of 2025 in Ex.Petitino No. 1528 of 2025 2.1.2026 Present: Mr. Om Parkash Goel, Advocate, for the applicant/petitioner. Mr. Balbir Singh, Advocate, vice Ms. Maheshwari Sharma, Advocate, for the non- applicant/respondent. While placing on record communication dated 1.1.2026 issued by Authorized Signatory, thereby requesting the Chief Manager, Union Bank of India, The Mall, Shimla, to credit sum of Rs. 1,56,071/- in the bank account of the applicant/petitioner on account of interest on delayed payment, learned counsel for the non-applicant/respondent states that mandate contained in the judgment sought to be executed stands duly complied with. Having carefully perused aforesaid communication, which is taken on record, there appears to be merit in the contention of learned counsel for the respondent-corporation. Otherwise also, factum with regard to afore compliance has been fairly acknowledged by Mr. O.P. Goel, learned counsel appearing for the applicant/petitioner. In view of the above, nothing remains to be decided in the instant application and as such, same is disposed of. January 2, 2026 (Sandeep Sharma), manjit Judge
