By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondent Additional Commissioner Raipur Division Raipur to decide the Appeal case no. 83-A/27/2021-22, Gandeshwar & Anr. vs. Shyam Kumar, which is pending since 2021. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the appeal has been preferred by the respondent no. 1 & 2 against the order dated 09.12.2021 passed by the SDO (Revenue) in Appeal Revenue Case No. 20196120500007 year 2019, which is still pending and the same has not been decided by the Commissioner. 3. Learned counsel for the State would submit that if the Second Appeal is still pending before the Commissioner, the same shall be decided within a stipulated period i.e. 45 days from today. 4. In view of the submission, made by the respondent, the writ petition is disposed off by directing the Commissioner to decide the appeal pending i.e. Second Appeal No. 83/2021-22 within a period of 45 days. 5.
