HCGRJ W.P.No.l5807of2025 The Court made the following Order: The present writ petition challenges order dated 28.03.2025 passed by the 4*^ respondent, removing the petitioner from and subsequent order of the 3'"'^ respondent dated 04.06.2025, modifying the same to the extent of compulsory retirement, as being illegal and arbitrary. service
2. [petitioner stated to be working as School Assistant (English) in Z.P.H.S. Tirupathi. He has been issued charge memo on certain allegations. Later, after completing inquiry, charges came to be proved. Therefore, by proceedings dated 28.03.2025, he has been imposed punishment of removal from service. Assailing the petitioner preferred appeal before the 3'"^ respondent, who by
order dated 04.06.2025, modified the punishment from that of removal from service to compulsory retirement. Petitioner aggrieved by the same, preferred further appeal before the 2"'^ respondent same an on 18.06.2025, which is stated to be pending.
3. Heard Sri L.R.Jaya Prakash, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-ll i. respondents. for

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice to direct the 2""^ respondent to dispose of the appeal within timeframe. some

5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents, on the other hand, submits that appeal preferred by petitioner would be considered and disposed of in accordance with law.
6. In view of aforesaid submissions, with the consent of both the
learned counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage, by directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider and pass appropriate orders on appeal preferred by petitioner, after providing him due opportunity of hearing, in accordance with law, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this
