The Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike ('the BBMP') has filed action taken report on 27.06.2024 - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:3142 WP No. 10996 of 2024 in which they have stated that they have indeed taken action against respondent No.4 by issuing a provisional order and also passed an order on confirmation. 3. In view of the above, it is clear that the BBMP has taken the appropriate action on the complaint of the petitioner and, therefore, the prayer, as sought, would not survive for consideration. 4. The BBMP, however, directed to ensure that the matter reaches to its logical conclusion pursuant to the orders passed by them, if there are no legal impediments in that regard. 5.
