Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. The writ petition seeks quashing of the F.I.R. dated 27.01.2025 giving rise to the Case Crime No.14 of 2025, under Section 87 BNS, Police Station Khudaganj, District Shahjahanpur. 3. There are allegations against the petitioner of abduction of minor girl. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the offences as alleged in FIR are false. 5. Ms. Manju Thakur, learned AGA-Ist, informs that final report has been submitted in this case on 13.02.2025 in favour of the petitioner, on the basis of the statement of the victim. Hence the relief prayed in the writ petition does not deserves to be granted. 6. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
