The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Cyber Crime P.S., Cyber Case No. 43 of 2020, registered under sections 419/420/467/468/471/120B/34 of I.P.C. and Section 66C/66D of I.T Act., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in identical situation co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in A.B.A. No. 7307/2020 and A.B.A. No. 7120/2020. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits the allegations are there. 5. Considering that in identical situation co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in A.B.A. No. 7307/2020 and A.B.A. No. 7120/2020, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner above named, is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Additional Sessions Judge-II, Dhanbad, in connection with Cyber Crime P.S., Cyber Case No. 43 of 2020, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023.
