Taking into consideration that the initial order passed in the writ petition was only a consideration, this Court is of the considered view that it would be in the interest of justice, in case, these proceedings are closed but with liberty to 2 the petitioner that in case he still has any surviving grievance, he may approach the Court afresh by way of a writ petition.
