The petitioner has been made accused in connection with M.G.M. P.S. Case No. 49/2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 639/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 & 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Sri D.K. Tirkey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur. 3. On 23.03.2025 at about 3:10 P.M., petitioner was apprehended by M.G.M. Jamshedpur Police. On search, a pistol loaded with cartridge was recovered from his possession. 4. It appears that petitioner is accused in as many as five cases. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
