Amin, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that by filing this application, the applicant seeks the amendment of the typographical mistake which has happened in the Cause Title in respect of the respondent no.9. The learned counsel submits that instead of the Water User Committee, represented by its Secretary Sri Bichubhahon Boro, Borahtola Piped Water Supply Scheme under No.Hajo Gaon Panchayat, it should be the Water User Committee, represented by its Secretary Bijit Kalita, S/o Late Bilash Kalita, Hatimora Piped Water Supply Scheme, Village-Silguri, P.O. Silguri, P.S.-Sualkuchi, District-Kamrup, Assam, Pin-781103. He submits that the application as prayed for may be allowed. Mr. D. Gogo, learned Standing Counsel for the PHE Department and Ms. U. Sharma, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent no.6 have no objection to the prayer made by the applicant for correction of the typographical mistake.
