Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor has furnished a copy of instructions of the Inspector of Police, Balajinagar Police Station, Nellore City, wherein it is stated that, after completion of investigation, the Deputy Superintendent of Police referred the case as false on 02.04.2021 after obtaining permission from the Superintendent of Police SPSR Nellore District vide orders in C.No.101/C3-AL/2020 dated 02.04.2021. 3. In view of the same, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause survives. 4. Recording the above instructions, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
