Opp. Party --------- CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJESH KUMAR --------- For the Petitioner : Mr. Rakesh Kr. Sinha, Advocate For the State : Mrs. Priya Shrestha, Spl.P.P --------- 03/Dated: 19 th September, 2025 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The applicant, who is in custody since 14.01.2024, has renewed the prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with Tarhasi P.S. Case No.0001/ 2024, corresponding to N.D.P.S Case No.03/ 2024, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge – II, Palamau. 3. It appears that this applicant has been made an accused for committing the offence under Sections 21(c)/ 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act. 4. From perusal of the record, it appears that the prayer for bail of the applicant has already been rejected on merit by this Court vide order dated 18.10.2024, passed in B.A. No.6375 of 2024. 5. Considering the above, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for bail of the applicant. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the applicant is, hereby, rejected once again. 6. However, the applicant is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail, if the trial is not concluded within six months. (Rajesh Kumar, J.) 19th September, 2025 Ravi-Chandan/-
