Her case is that she has preferred a representation dated 27.07.2025 (Annexure P-2), seeking transfer from her present place of posting to a station of her choice primarily on the ground that she has completed more than five years’ tenure at the aforesaid place 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - and had been diagnosed with breast cancer and is under treatment from IGMC Shimla. Petitioner’s grievance is that her aforesaid representation has not been decided by the competent authority till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable notification/policy within a period of four weeks from today.
