Learned Standing Counsel informs the Court that petitioners have concealed the fact that the land in question has already been recorded as forest land pursuant to the order of District Judge, Sonbhadra. 3. Once the land in question has been recorded as forest land pursuant to a judicial order, the prayer made in writ petition cannot be granted by this Court. 4.
