L The Court made the following: ORDER: This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for the willful disobedience of the orders dated 22.06.2021 passed in W.P.No.11517 of 2021. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent/contemnors on counter submits that the orders of this Court disobedience of which is complained of in this contempt has been complied with wherein DKT Pattas has been granted in favour of the petitioner, however, with certain delay and the said delay was due to administrative reasons. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner appearing through virtual mode reported that the petitioner is not in touch with him and he is not aware of compliance. 4. A perusal of the counter affidavit filed by the respondent/contemnors and the proceedings dated 27.09.2023 and the material enclosed i.e., Adangal goes to show that DKT patta has been granted in favour of Ulasala Venkata Subanna, who is the petitioner herein. 5. This Court having satisfied with the reasons for delay and as the orders of this Court dated 22.06.2021 have been complied with, there remains nothing for adjudication and the contempt case is liable to be closed. 6. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
