This Court on 03.03.2025 passed the following order:- "Sri R.P. Tiwari, learned Standing Counsel is directed to get an expert opinion upon the answers given by the petitioner in the answer book of Chemistry Subject of Intermediate Examination-2024 and place the same before this Court in a sealed cover on the next date fixed. Put up this matter as fresh on 28.04.2025." 2. In compliance of the order of this Court dated 03.03.2025, Sri R.P. Tiwari, learned Standing Counsel has produced expert opinion report in a sealed cover, photocopy of which is taken on record, according to which, after re-checking the answer book of Chemistry subject of petitioner in the Intermediate Examination- 2024, the petitioner's marks has been increased from 26 to 31. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is allowed. The respondent no.2- Secretary, Secondary Education Board, Uttar Pradesh, Prayagraj is directed to issue corrected marks-sheet of Intermediate Examination-2024 to the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. The original expert opinion report has been returned to Sri R.P. Tiwari, learned Standing Counsel.
