The accused/applicants have moved these first bail applications under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 for releasing them on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 185/2024 registered at Police Station - Tumgaon, District – Mahasamund (C.G.) for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2), 74, 75(2), 351(3), 3(5) of the BNS, 2023, Section 8 of POCSO Act, 2012 and Sections 3(1)(c)(i), 3(2)(v-d) of SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. 2. The victim along with her father, appeared through video conferencing from the concerned DLSA and raised her objection to grant of bail to the accused persons. 3. After arguing for some time, learned counsels for the applicants want to withdraw these bail applications with liberty to file after some time. 4. Learned State counsel has no objection to this proposition put forth by the counsels for the applicants. 5. Prayer is allowed. 6.
