The applicant has preferred this second bail application under Section 483 of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 for grant of regular bail as he has been arrested on 16.03.2024 in connection with Crime No. 6 of 2024 registered at Police Station – Taregaon Jungle, District Kabirdham, (CG) for alleged commission of offences under Sections 302, 201/34, 120-B, 147 & 148 of IPC. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant is in jail since 16.03.2024, out of 27 witnesses only 13 witnesses have been examined so far and now the matter is fixed for further evidence. At this stage she would seek permission of this Court to withdraw this bail petition with a prayer that a direction may be given to the trial court to expedite the trial. 3. Since, this Court has already directed the learned trial Court to conclude the trial within an outer limit of 1 year and three months from 27.03.2025 in MCRC No. 9085 of 2024, no further direction with regard to expeditious trial is required. 4.
