3. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that the accused worked as a Grameen Dock Sevak Postmaster, Kondavelagada Branch Post Office under Nellimarla Sub Post Office. The accused committed irregularities in Sukanya Samvruddi Yojana Recurring Deposits for the period from 17.12.2019 to 19.07.2020. He received the deposit amounts from depositors and made necessary entries of deposits in their respective pass books duly dated, stamped and initiated by him, but he failed to account for the amounts in the post Office accountsl and misappropriated the Said amounts. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner received deposits from certain depositors but was unable to account for the same in their names. lt is alleged that the amount misappropriated by the accused is Rs. 20,200/-. On coming to know about the same, the petitioner paid the said amount to the Department, and the Department accepted it. Thereafter, the present complaint was filed against the petitioner. 6. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein. 7. ln view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the opirlion that the petitioner herein is a Central Government Employee and the question of absconding does not arise and therefore, this Court is inclined to consider the request of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail, however, on conditions. ``=-- '``® r-I-fat ##t£

Accordingly, in the event of his arrest in the above Said Crime, the petitioner shall be released on bail on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only), with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the arresting police officials and also on condition that the petitioner shall make himself available for investigation as and when required and that he shall not cause any threat, inducement or promise to the prosecution witnesses. The petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned, once in a fortnight, till filing of the charge sheet. 9.
