Petitioner before this Court wants to take advantage of a judgment and order dated 11.4.2022 passed by this Court in Writ-A No.18401 of 2021, Dr. Prabhat Kumar Srivastava Vs. State of U.P. & Anr, to include his past services as Assistant Professor, Government P.G.College, Nevadi, M.P. before joining the present post as Assistant Professor, Narottam Singh Padam Singh Government Post Graduate College, Magraha, Mirzapur. 3. Learned Brief Holder submitted that grievance of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law. 4. In the aforesaid circumstances, though the petitioner seems to be a fence sitter, still considering that now he has approached this Court for ventilating his grievance, therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that if a fresh representation is filed within a period of two weeks including all facts and law if any, in respect of his claim, then concerned respondent will pass a reasoned order within a short period thereafter. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not entered into the merits of the case in regard to claim of the petitioner.
