1. The present revision petition is filed questioning the
order dated 08.04.2024 passed in IA No.184 of 2024 in OS No.48 of 2022, on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Bheemunipatnam, Visakhapatnam.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the cause in the revision petition does not survive.
3. In view of the same, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the instant revision and accordingly the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
