A case has been registered against the petitioner herein and another for the offence punishable under section 7B read with 8Bof the A.P.Prohibit]-on (Amendment) Act. 3. Brief facts of t:he case are that, on 17.10.2024, on credible information, the Sub-Inspector of police along with his staff, rushed to Narasimhapuram Village, and found the accused while holding plastic bag. On seeing the police party, the accused escaped from the scene of offence. The police verified the plastic bag and found 20 liters of ID Arrack. The contraband was seized under the cove+ of a police proceedings and case was registered against the accused. 4. Heard. Perused the record. 5. On perusal of record, it is clear that the petitioner was not secured at the scene of offence. Basing on the police proceedings, the case has been registered against the petitioner. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this court feels that request of J the petitioner herein for grant of anticipatory bail can be considered, however, on conditions. 6. Accordingly, in the event of his arrest in the above said crime, the petitioner herein/Al shall be released on bail on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only), with two sureties'each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the arresting police officials and also on condition that the petitioner shall make himself available for investigation as and when required and that he shall not cause any threat, inducement or promise to the prosecution witnesses. ---_ L= i= The petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned, once in a week i.e. on every Sunday between 10.00 AM and 1.00 PM, till filing of the charge sheet. 7.
