Under challenge in the present writ petition is an order dated 18.1.2025, whereby the petitioner has been reinstated in regular service and her suspension has been set aside. An office memorandum dated 31.1.2025 has been issued, whereby she has been directed to be posted as Headmistress in Development Block, Sikhad. 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by Sri Kushmondeya Shahi, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 2 and 3 that against the impugned orders, a representation will lie before the Assistant Director (Basic), Mirzapur Region, Mirzapur. The availability of this alternative remedy is not denied by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Under the circumstances, interference in this petition is declined leaving it open to the petitioner to avail of the aforesaid alternative remedy. 5. The petition is, therefore, dismissed.
