The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the order was passed during Covid-19 situation and some of the defects were removed but due to inadvertence, remaining defects could not be removed. 3. Learned counsel for the opposite parties have no serious objection so far as restoration of F.A. No. 170 of 2018 is concerned. 4. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and being satisfied with the cause shown, F.A. No. 170 of 2018 is restored to its original file and CMP No. 895 of 2024 is hereby allowed. 5.
