No. 797/2024 registered under Sections 21(b)/25 of the NDPS Act, wherein, he was arrested on 19.11.2024 and in custody since then. 3. On instruction of the petitioner, Mr. G. Chamuah, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of this bail application, to which, Mr. K. K. Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, has no objection. 4. Prayer is allowed. 5.
