Jyotsna Rewal Dua , J The writ petition has been filed for the grant of following substantive relief: - “That the respondents may be ordered to bring services of the petitioner on contractual establishment w.e.f. 1.4.2019 with all benefits incidental thereof and further services of the petitioner may be ordered to be regularized on completion of 2 years contractual service with all benefits incidental thereof and the respondents may further be ordered to pay salary to the petitioner of contractual period till the same were regularized with all benefits incidental thereof as per the law declared in Jagdish Kumar and others Vs. State of H.P & Ors..” 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issues involved in this writ petition are no longer res-integra and are squarely covered by the decision rendered in Manmohan Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh2. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner would be content, in case, respondents are directed to consider his case for redressing the grievances raised by him in this writ petition in terms of Manmohan2 within a time bound schedule. Learned Additional Advocate General has no objection to this prayer. 4. Having regard to above submissions but without examining the merits of the matter, this petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider and decide the case of the petitioner in light of the aforesaid judgment and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The decision so arrived at, shall be communicated to the petitioner. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also to stand disposed of.
