Accordingly, the present application has been filed to bring on record the LRs of said deceased respondent No. 2.4. The name and particulars are mentioned at paragraph No. 2 of the present application. Mr. H. Ishwarlal, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner in the connected Revision petition fairly submitted that he has no objection in allowing the present application. In view of the submission made by the counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the records, this Court finds sufficient grounds for allowing the present application. Accordingly, the present application is allowed.
