The petitioner, namely, Muhidul Islam, son of Lt. Mukbul Hussain, resident of Village-No. 2 Bhelkar, P.S. Hajo, District-Kamrup (R), Assam, has filed this application under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking pre-arrest bail apprehending his arrest in Hajo P.S. Case No. 1886/2021 registered under Sections 120(B)/420/468/471 IPC. 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on instruction submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted charge-sheet in said Hajo P.S. Case No. 1886/2021 vide Charge-Sheet No. 378/2024 dated 30.12.2024. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner may approach the appropriate forum/authority for his regular bail in said Hajo P.S.
