Heard Sri Anil Kumar Chaudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. Petitioner before this Court is seeking promotion to the post of Assistant Consolidation Officer. 3. It is submitted that in the relevant rules, petitioner is entitled for promotion and in this regard two petitioners have already approached this Court through Writ-A No.1061 of 2025 in which the direction has been issued on 27.01.2025 to consider the claim of those very petitioners. 4. Learned Standing is having no objection in the event this petition stands disposed of with direction to file fresh representation. 5. In the given facts and circumstances, this petition stands disposed of with direction to petitioners to make a fresh representation who have claimed for promotion from the post of Lekhpal to Assistant Consolidation Officer and, in the event, any such representation is made within 4 weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law giving opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a further period of 3 months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
