It has been argued by Shri Ram Prasad Dubey, learned counsel for the respondent that the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order of suspension dated 29.08.2024. The aforesaid order of suspension has been invoked on the petitioner and he has been reinstated in service imposing certain punishment. 5. On the basis of aforesaid, it is argued that the present petition be dismissed as infructuous. Since noboby is present on behalf of the petitioner, the petition is dismissed in default. 6. It is made clear that in case the petitioner is aggrieved against the order dated 01.03.2025, he is at liberty to challenge the aforesaid order before appropriate forum as per law.
