Quash the impugned order dated 18.03.2025 passed by the first Appellate Court, i.e., The LXII Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge (CCH-63) at Bengaluru, in Crl.Rev.Pet.No.569/2024 vide ANNEXURE-A directing the issuance of notice to Respondent No.3/Accused (Yuvarajan), and dispense with the notice to Respondent No.3/Accused in the proceedings before the first Appellate Court. 2. Direct the first Appellate Court, i.e., The LXII Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge (CCH- 63) at Bengaluru, in Crl.Rev.Pet.No.569/2024 to release the amount of Rs.18,49,200/- held by Respondent No.2 (M/s. Balal Murugan Chits (R) toe the account of the Petitioner herein, as the said amount represents the proceeds of the fraud committed by Respondent No.3/Accused against the Petitioner. 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned HCGP for respondent No.1 and perused the material on record. 3. For the order proposed, notice to respondent Nos.2 and 3 is dispensed with. 4. After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the revision petition in Crl.R.P.No.569/2024 filed by respondent No.2-revision petitioner is posted before the trial Court on 28.06.2025 and the arguments have been completed. It is further submitted that the said revision petition in Crl.R.P.No.569/2024, the petitioner herein is arraigned as respondent No.2 and in the said criminal revision petition, notice to respondent No.3- Yuvrajan may be dispensed with and the present petition may be disposed of directing the Sessions Court to dispose of Crl.R.P.No.569/2024 within a stipulated time frame. The Sessions Court, before whom Crl.R.P.No.569/2024 is said to be posted on 28.06.2025, is directed to dispense with notice to respondent No.3-Yuvarajan in Crl.R.P.No.569/2024 and dispose of the revision petition in accordance with law within a period of two months from 28.06.2025.
