Case No.44/2025, registered for the offence under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109, 352, 351(2), 2 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already received notice under Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita and they have also replied to the same and in view of that, anticipatory bail may kindly be provided to them. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that once the notice is there, the petitioners may be directed to appear before the learned Court in light of the judgment passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil v. Central Bureau of Investigation and another, reported in (2022) 10 SCC 51 4. In view of the above, the petitioners are directed to appear before the learned Court within two weeks from today and the learned Court will release the petitioners on terms and conditions or sureties the learned Court may deem fit and proper. 5.
